Payment & pricing
Payment has to be made at the moment of ordering.
We will dispatch your order once we receive payment.
You will receive the invoice of your order automatically via email after making and paying your order.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PAYPAL and Ideal (for customers in The Netherlands).
For Professional Orders, besides the above mentioned methods, we also accept Bank Transfer Payment. In this case your order will be sent once we receive payment or proof of payment. We can only hold professional orders ON HOLD for a week, if we don t receive payment by then, the system will automatically cancel the order.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. The cardholders address must match the information held by the issuing authority.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.
Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise.
All consumer (B2C) prices on our website are listed in Euro’s including VAT. All professional (B2B) prices are listed in Euro’s excluding VAT. We do not accept payments in other currencies.
PureNatural International reserves the right to change pricing and availability without notice.
We will offer from time to time discount codes, promotions and gift opportunities in our Newsletter, Instagram, Facebook or events. These are only available during the dates indicated and cannot be used before or after. They are only available for registered customers that have an account with us.
