We ship to the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco and Andorra.

We work with reliable partners (DHL,DPD, UPS, FEDEX, GLS) and always choose the most economical way of transporting your order depending on the different destination. Please note these carriers operate only on working days. 

The cost of shipment will be shown at checkout before confirming your order. 

Any additional custom duties or taxes that might be charged upon entering the destination country will be the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to include these charges in the item so we recommend you check with the customs authority of the destination country to determine these additional costs..

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the track and trace link of the shipment to allow you to follow your order.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, normally the working day after receiving the order (if made before 17.00). Estimated delivery times are:

  • For deliveries in the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg): 3-4 working days.
  • For deliveries in the rest of Europe: 5-7 working days (with exception of destinations such as islands or remote locations).

Once your order has been processed through our system, we are unable to make any changes or provide shipping returns. This is due to the fast nature of online shopping where your orders are processed immediately to allow your parcel to be dispatched asap.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, please check with the carrier the location of your order. Sometimes they will try a couple of times more to deliver it again, or it will be left at your neighbours or it will be left to be collected at the closest deposit of the destination address. If you fail to collect your order, it will be returned to us. As part of our service, we will cover the cost of the return and the cost of re-sending it once again. Any extra charges after that will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If your order goes missing, after conducting a missing package investigation by the carrier, we will re-send it again free of costs.

Unfortunately orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse or at the office address.
