This grounding massage oil has organic sesame oil as its base. Sesame oil contains vitamin E, which can help protect skin cells from damage caused by environmental factors such as UV rays, pollution and toxins. Sesame oil contains fatty and linoleic acids that make it a perfect moisturiser for the skin and very effective against scars and inflammation.

SESAMUM INDICUM OIL

Sesamum Indicum Oil, also known as Sesame Oil or Til ka tel, is used in health treatments and massages for the body. It is a great remedy for migraine and insomnia, and also relieves anxiety. This oil is also believed to cure health problems associated with aggravation of Vata. The oil also removes wrinkles and is a natural moisturiser. It also prevents premature greying, loss of hair and lice, and helps in hair growth.

SANDALWOOD

A powerful skin antiseptic with anti-microbial properties, its useful in clearing blackheads and spots, helps moisturize dry skin and relieves itching and inflammation.

MYRRH

Primitively works as a powerful antioxidant & also works as an antiseptic for it has various healing properties. It works at giving healthy and age-defying skin that’s soft and without cracks of any kind.

How to Apply

Take a few drops of the oil in your hands and warm it up by rubbing them together. For the partner massage, start with the neck, then the shoulders and back. Finish with the forehead and jaw. Make long stroking movements on the limbs and circular movements on the joints.

For self-massage – Massage the hands and feet in slow movements and enjoy the warmth and nourishment the oil gives your skin. Then massage the abdomen and chest in a wide, clockwise circular motion. Finally, massage the forehead and jaw, taking time to let the oil soak into your body.
