Summer is dominated by heat, intensity, and transformation (Pitta). While this season brings vitality and drive, excess heat can lead to tension, irritability, and burnout.
The yoga practice for summer emphasizes cooling, calming, and softening—creating space in the body while maintaining steadiness and ease. The Ayurvedic massage uses soothing techniques and cooling oils to calm the nervous system, release excess heat, and restore balance.

Autumn is characterized by movement, dryness and change (Vata). As the days become cooler and more irregular, grounding and stability become essential.
The yoga practice focuses on slow, grounding mindful movements, longer holds, and breath awareness to cultivate a sense of calm and presence. The nourishing Ayurvedic massage supports grounding, hydration and nervous system regulation, helping to counterbalance restlessness and fatigue.
