During this weekend, Ayurveda comes alive in a practical and accessible way. You’ll discover how its principles can be applied directly to everyday life—supporting vitality, clarity and a deeper connection to your natural rhythm.

What makes this weekend special is the opportunity to learn from four experienced Ayurvedic practitioners, all present at Inner Embassy to share their knowledge, skills and personal experience.

Gabriela will be there all weekend from 10.00 to 16.00 to teach short ayurvedic face or hair massage, guide anyone curious about Ayurveda & natural beauty care and advice you what is best suited for your skin & hair. Enjoy free testers, homemade Ayurvedic CCF tea and a special weekend discount in our shop. 

Amanda will host an inspiring 3-day-workshop on Ayurvedic Massage, from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 march, perfect for anyone wanting to experience the healing power of touch

Riim will host a 2 hour workshop on Ayurveda 101: Foundations & Detox Basics, on Saturday 21, 13.00 – 15.00. This workshop will guide you through a practical exploration of detoxification from an Ayurvedic perpective. Perfect to align with spring, the ideal season to enjoy a gentle cleanse according to Ayurveda. 

Eline will host a 2 hour workshop on Introduction to Ayurveda, on Sunday 22, 13.00 – 15.00. This workshop will introduce you to the basics principles of Ayurveda and share simple practical tools to support healthy and balanced lifestyle following the rules of nature.
