I created this journal during the pregnancy of my fourth child, gathering everything I learned on my own journey and bringing it together here.
My hope is that this journal inspires you to add a touch of Ayurveda to your pregnancy and postpartum experience. There is plenty of room to write—because a transformative time like pregnancy deserves attention and reflection.
The journal is printed on FSC-certified paper, sized 170×240 mm, and comes with a ribbon marker and hard cover.
